The provisioning workflow setup
Provisioning is divided into three separate tasks. These tasks are determined by the state of the subscription.
The possible states of a subscription are the following:
- OK
- Upgrade
- Downgrade
- Renewal
- Extend
- Unsuspended
- ChangeQty
These are divided into the following three provisioning tasks:
- Upgrade and Downgrade
- Renewal and Extend
- There is a new Scheduled task that allows provisioning renewal subscriptions in batches.
